A leading title company and protector of property rights seeks a team player with stellar customer service and communication skills to join our team. Our primary goal is to discover someone who can handle the pressure of a fast paced office with a smile on their face, demonstrate a strong attention to details, and has a friendly can-do demeanor. The ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy under deadlines is necessary. Experience with the title industry, banking, or real estate is a plus.

Job Summary: You’ll make customers feel welcome as they arrive for closings, answer phones and properly address caller’s requests. Additional responsibilities entail assisting the title and escrow staff by performing general support tasks to maintain department efficiency. The position gathers documents and processes paperwork required for preparing property profiles. This position inputs data from orders received into the production System for the use of the Title Examiners. This position is also responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks which may include filing, typing documents, and deliveries.

Qualifications: This position will require an individual who possesses the following:

  • Real Estate background or banking background preferred but will train
  • Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel and technology in general
  • Must be able to use a multi-line phone system
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of bookkeeping/accounting practices and procedures
  • Must be able to develop and maintain excellent clients relations
  • Must be able to handle the pressure of a fast paced office with a smile on their face and have a professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and excellent organizational skills
  • Self-discipline, an aptitude for making good decisions and works efficiently under deadlines
  • The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • The ability to coordinate and administer multiple project
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
