Job Summary: You’ll make customers feel welcome as they arrive for closings, answer phones and properly address caller’s requests. Additional responsibilities entail assisting the title and escrow staff by performing general support tasks to maintain department efficiency. The position gathers documents and processes paperwork required for preparing property profiles. This position inputs data from orders received into the production System for the use of the Title Examiners. This position is also responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks which may include filing, typing documents, and deliveries.
